When brother Will and I were talking on the phone Sunday he mentioned again that using Timm's camera was how he felt most connected to Timm. He also said -- and this I think is true about most spiritual paths -- that shooting with Timm's camera was connecting him back to his own, long-dormant love of photography. Timm's camera -- like his images, like the rest of what remains of him here -- is a door into him which opens on something deeper in ourselves.
"I pass by that camera bag in my office every day," Will said, "and I feel a pang of guilt. I really need to start taking pictures again."
By all means! I said, adding that he should pass on some of the goods to share here.
Which he did. Coming in to work on Monday I found the following photos taken by Will on Timm's camera in my email. I think they're beautiful, and know you'll find them so, too. So I'll shut up for now and let Will do the singing.
I think the pictures are from Will and his wife Sarah's recent vacation in upper New York State.
Thanks bro! And keep up the great work!
