A couple more ideas about celebrating Timm's death anniversary

Timm O'Cobhthaigh, beloved friend, co-worker, brother, son and lover, passed away very early on the morning of April 18, 2008.

I've sent an e-mail out to many of the folks who have submitted things to this site, but I'm putting the message up here as well.

I hope you are doing well.

We have grieved in different ways and intensities, but I feel safe in saying that we all miss Timm a lot.
This year, I'd like to do two things to celebrate the anniversary:

-
On April 18, I'd like to post messages to Timm, giving him the news of what's been happening in your area since he's been gone. What's the choir singing in his church? What has the staff of Rep. Hooley gone on to? What's the news at Oregon Gardens, in Salem, at the sites where his ashes are in part interred? What has his family done to remember him? Who's playing his guitar? Listening to his songs? Any big news from his dear friends? That sort of thing.

- And
on April 20 or so, let's post pictures submitted from around the country that were taken on April 18 in a place that Timm might have frequented or simply says where you were on that day. The intent is let Timm know we're still thinking of him ... and give him a peek back at the world he so loved.

If this isn't appropriate for you or you care not to participate, I certainly understand.

Email me what you can to dcohea789@yahoo.com and let's have a big celebration on April 18 of Timm's O'Cobhthaigh's life.

And remember what Timm said about a hurting world: "Beauty heals."

Thanks ... and let's keep it beautiful ...
